   I was a little apprehensive that this color would turn out some crazy neon purple, but it looks great! It was easy to apply, but I had to do it twice. I think you really have to gob it on there and I didn’t do that the first time. Lesson learned. It is more visible where I had balayage done to my hair. It turned out super brassy and I hated it. I was going to just put an ash toner on it to help correct the brassiness but my 4 year old wanted me to do something “crazy “ like he sees all the time when we are out and about. He begged for blue (which I wasn’t about to do!), so we compromised and did this soft purple/mauve color called aesthetic. I will totally be open to doing this again. Fun but very pretty.

   As the headline says, I’m in LUV. I purchased Unicorn Hair in the shade: Lipstick. I have curly, thick African American hair. This product exceeded all expectations. The dye is just the right consistency and doesn’t run. Smells great. NOTE: I did have to lift my hair two times to achieve blonde, and then I kept the Unicorn on for 2 hours, because I wanted it vibrant. I was not disappointed! I can not wait to try other colors. I included a pic so that you can see the size of the bottle. Because I have short hair, I can get 2 uses out of it. I’m a fan 4 life.

   Wow, this is an amazing product hands down. I got the bubblegum rose, the first picture is my starting color a light blonde and the last picture is after about 2 hours of leaving the product in. Prior to getting the product, I did extensive research into the product and let me say, the negative reviews I read are far from the truth. The people who are leaving bad reviews about it bleeding into everything, staining everything, or not coloring at all must have not read the instructions. If you don’t not have a light base to begin with, the color will not stick and it will wash out. Prior to dying my hair I put purple shampoo in my blonde for about two hours, it left my hair very dry, but I did that on purpose knowing that this product would absorb so much better. After I left this product in for 2 hours, I touched my hair and my figures would come back white, so my hair soaked in all the color. When I washed it out, I was super surprised that hardly any color bled. My shower was more stained by permanent hair dyes then this dye. Also, I went to bed with my hair slightly wet and there wasn’t any stains on my pillow cases nor sheets in the morning. Bottom line this is an amazing product as long as you use it as advised. Also, I saw in a lot of reviews that people were hardly covering their hair with the product, you have to use a good amount over your hair in order to achieve a rich color. Th product smells amazing, and it left my hair so soft and far healthier looking then it was before. I’m very happy with it, and I plan on using more of their colors! I will update on the longevity of the color, but I’m so happy with the vibrance I attained and I still have 3/4ths of the bottle left.
