I bought this with the hope of removing some skin tags from my neck. I zapped about 8 at once, touching the skin tag with the zapper around 4 x for each tag, it burns the skin so it's important to touch the top. I t went black quite quickly but then literally after 6 days the black disappeared and just a light skin discolouration remains, though I expect this to fade.
Am over the moon with these results especially for this price. Followed the instructions and this was the result so am very happy with this buy

Buy lidokaine in the pharmacy and make. Pain when burning, though tolerance, but not comfortable. 2. burning is probably better on "7", as everyone recommends. 3. too long to burn the hanging birthmark whole, easier to pull the tweezers and re-burn the leg. 4. after moxibustion, three days were taken by povidon. 5. needles are also burning, so if hanging moles very much, it is better to buy them extra.

I was sceptical about trying this product as have tried a couple of other things for skin tags which have been rubbish! This item however, is AMAZING. Really easy to use, relatively painless, clear instructions and nicely packaged. Lots of extra needles too. The only thing that could make this product any better would be to include the antiseptic wipes in it that they advise you to use to clean the area before treatment. Definitely well worth the money.
