I knew the equipment was fragile and pulled the glass piece out of the wand base too quickly in a way that it flung out of my hand.    I have only 2 complaints, the wands produce ozone which has a very strong smell so you have to kind of hold your breath for the seconds you use it; and second, the mushroom shape one is a little hard to move it along your skin unless you have some cream or something to make it glide. Otherwise, I do enjoy the product and I see results for my acne and wrinkles, I do not know how much has been done from the part of the wands because I also use adapalene retnoid and an LED mask (both of which I HIGHLY recommend to be used in conjunction with this for optimal results, in fact the papers that come with the wand recommend the same thing).

I tend to use the attachment with the coil the most. Im someone who needs to feel the electricity or I dont think its working. But they have lots of attachments you can use.
