Living in an older house, I occasionally get little uninvited guests around the pantry area. Recently I picked up this electric mouse trap to try something new. What stood out right away was how easy it was to figure out. I placed it under a shelf, and by the next morning, it had already done its job. The blinking red light makes it easy to tell when it’s active, and the green light lets you know it’s caught something. I didn’t even have to get close or touch anything unpleasant. Afterward, I just rinsed the inside part, added fresh bait, and reset it.

I placed it in the kitchen where there’s a lot more traffic of rats. When it was placed in the kitchen, the rats never returned. I noticed a few days ago that there were rat droppings in our far back bedroom on the second floor. So I place the trap along the wall on the second floor and the next day all in the living room I trapped the rat. I’m looking to purchase a few more of these because it was so effective.

My garage was over run with chipmunks, and squirrels. It was disgusting and I had a mess of pine nuts and other food they kept bringing in and making nests. I put this device where they get in and baited it with peanuts, and I have zapped a lot of them. I'd rather not kill animals, but they were destroying my garage.

Easy to dump the mouse out. We live on three acres and we can just dump it out in the yard for coyote to eat with no concern about poisoning. Flashing light makes it easy to see you caught something. Walnuts work good and are reusable
