Haven't used long enough to mention longevity. Other reviewers pointed out the smaller ones break. I can see that happening but I've only used the smaller ones and drilled about 20 holes. Keep it straight and go easy so no issues. Smooth countersink holes. Replaced a kobalt countersink set and this is definitely an upgrade.

The tool performs as hoped. I have used it on some small projects to add a finished look. It's well built and should get a lot of use. Great value.

I used this to make several countersunk holes and they performed as they should. Time will tell if they hold up. For me, I will likely use them only a few times a year so they will probably last a long time. The part that cuts the countersink appears especially will made.

These are so much better than my previous purchases; the drill bit is ONE piece and doesn't snap when drilling and countersinking in oak whereas the competition is two pieces and cannot handle the load of countersinking even in pine without separating the two pieces of the shaft. This happened even before the countersink part engaged the wood. I am very pleased with this set. Only suggestion would be to have a case that incorporated the hex key; this way the whole set would stay safe and ready for action!

There are many problems with these bits but the one that should keep you away from purchasing them is that their shanks are small diameter, smooth and round. The drill chuck has nothing to hold on to. So the least resistance has the bit spinning freely in the chuck. No matter how much you tighten the chuck this happens. Very poor design.

I've been doing a bit of home improvement and needed to install wood trim and like the neat look of countersunk nail and screw holes. Indeed, this set worked perfectly, producing a nice smooth bowl like space for a screw or nail head. The main advantage over using a plain drill bit is the cutting area of countersink bit is shallow so it's almost impossible to drill too deep. My only wee complaint is I wish there was a smaller bit or two for small finishing nails. For my light duty use these bit work great but I suspect if you use them day in and day out you'd want an industrial strength set.

Very sharp drill bits and countersinks - be careful when you're removing them from the package. I love that the countersink is adjustable with an Allen wrench. The countersink guide is tightly fluted to the drill bit. It will save me time to drill and countersink in one operation. I'm happy with the purchase.

Great product and great value. Quality was excellent. Very durable. I used them immediately upon delivery to predrill some holes for outdoor furniture I was working on. I drilled over 100 holes and no issues whatsoever. Can't say enough about them.
