If using the extended handle, can jump around a little off the surface as it is scrubbing, so a firm grip is needed. Used it on my porch ceiling to remove mildew--did a fantastic job! Different detachable brush heads for different surfaces. Easy to clean after use. Battery charges fast and lasts a LONG time--at least 45 minutes with continuous use, several hours with on and off use. Extended reach saves your back and shoulders, and you can remove the extended handle for more control/closer work.
