The only thing that could be improved upon might be to put a rotating cuff on top of the pole so it could rotate to whichever the wind is blowing. This is actually the second metal windmill that I purchased. The first one didn’t work very well, but, to fair I didn’t read the directions well enough. I ended up taking all the pieces that help it spin apart. When I was trying to put them back they broke off. So I decided to give it another chance and got another. I followed the directions this time this time it worked like its supposed to. I would recommend using a water proof seal on it. It does rust easily and fast.
