Easy to Use

Installing this bird repellant is very easy. The first thing to consider is the location where you want to place this device. Take note that this device does not use batteries, nor does it need charging.

It relies solely on the heat of the sun for energy. That is why you need to place it in an open or semi-open space. However, if you really need to use it indoors, you can just attach 3 AA batteries as an alternative source of power. Remember that it should get at least 4 hours of sun exposure every day. This machine has a 5,000sq.ft. effective range.

Sensor

This bird repeller has a motion sensor. The sensor signals the apparatus that a bird is nearby so the device releases ultrasonic sounds. It also has four mounting holes for your convenience. The device comes with mounting screws already. It can be mounted in ground with the provided spike, or hang on objects such as trees, fences and walls.

I no longer smell the skunks so maybe it has helped. During the day I had to tilt down one of the solars towards the grass because it kept going off by the birds in the nearby tree. I read the instructions again and it said to alternate singals so the animals don't get accustomed to it, once I started doing that by turning the knob up, I haven't had any more issues!
