We had a bad ant infestation and despite sealing all the possible entry points we identified, the ants would not go away. I figured I'd give this a try because at that point I had nothing to lose and these units are pretty affordable. Upon installing them, I did notice a something weird on day 2: I found a roach in the middle of my bathroom and I had never seen one in my house before! I guess it was disoriented? fleeing? not sure, but I haven't seen another one since. The product description does mention this may happen during the first few days (hey, at least they are being honest!), but everything should clear up after a while. By the way, the ants are all gone now and honestly I plan to keep these plugged in indefinitely to keep other potential pests away.
