   Well made and works as described. Cut flat sheets of 16 gauge sheet metal. Takes a bit of practice to get the pace and turning to go smoothly so start with some scrap for a cut or two. Used this with a cordless Kobalt drill rated to 2000 rpm. Worked great! Hard case and accessories were a nice bonus for this price. Highly recommend.

   Amazingly effective tool for cutting through sheet metal, although it won't leave you with smooth cut. Basically it works like a very fast hole punch so you get lots of little semi circles along the path you cut. It is extremely efficient at cutting fast and it is easy to control and change direction while cutting. I found when I went slow I could minimize the rough edges enough to make it fairly easy to clean up with a metal file or pair of snippets.

   So there are multiple double headed cutters to choose from with multiple prices. After reading some reviews I chose the nibbler this. Never used one or even saw one before. This is a simple tool to set up. I used a 20v angle drill to make the circular cut in the HVAC trunk. I had to remove the drop ceiling tile in order to make the cuts. When I could not make the complete cut I switched out the guide to the other cutting head and continued the cut. Very easy to do. I would recommend this for the homeowners who need to make cuts every so often.

   I bought this nibbler to do some auto body work, and had low expectations for a tool this inexpensive. I tell you what though, this nibbler impressed me. It cuts sheet metal quick and easy, while leaving a smooth edge. No extra grinding required because the nibbler doesn't leave burrs. It also allows for smooth direction changes in your cut. I was able to lay a paper template over my workpiece and just use the nibller to follow the pattern with no problems. It comes with 3 heads, a replacement blade, and even a nice metal box to hold everything. Considering this costs even less than a hand nibbler, you can't go wrong. I'm still on my first blade and even if this thing breaks now, I've gotten my money's worth and would buy another one. The one thing you have to look out for are the slivers of metal that are created when you cut. They get everywhere. Lay something down under your workpiece to catch them and have your shop vac handy.

   I was skeptical about how well this item was going to work based on what similar models were being sold for on other sites. This is simply a case where "you get what you pay for" is dead wrong. I was absolutely speechless by how easily this tool literally ate it's way through the steel plate I had been grinding away at two days before with the ever trusty 4 1/2 inch grinder with a cut wheel in order to create the design drawn onto the surface. There is a slight learning curve as to which way the tool needs to face in order to fulfill the needs but after about two or three minutes I was happily and quickly on my way. If I had any concerns it is that this thing produces a LOT of curled steel bits that fall away and the cut path is approx 1/8 or 3/16 of an inch wide. Well worth the money spent and at this price you could almost get three for what others are selling one for. AND..you have an extra bit for when the first one ever goes dull. (remember to always use lubricating oil)

It is easy to use and freehand guide along a curve. I actually looped a wire around the head, anchored the other end to a screw and cut a near perfect inside hole 11" diameter. It leaves small chips behind, so I cut over a cardboard box.
