I needed a safety harness for the dog. She liked to move around too much while driving. Very distracting when she would come stand on the front seat arm rest and start licking your ear. The EzyDog Drive Safety Travel Dog Car Harness is well made and easy to adjust on the dog with the number markings on the straps. My dog appears to be comfortable in the harness and when buckled in, either sits or lays on the back seat without any issues. I was surprised she took to wearing it in the car so quickly. The double D rings on the harness make it easy to clip her leash to, and take her to and from the car. Driving with her is much more enjoyable now that I don't have to worry about her safety. To keep the seat belt from locking when she moved I did buy a clip for the belt to keep it from retracting too much. It's set with just enough slack to allow her to sit and lay down.

So far this harness seems like good quality and very durable! I always get the worst anxiety driving with my dog, she likes to sit in the front seat or in my lap. I bought this for a 14 hour (each way) road trip and it worked so well! Took her a bit to get used to since she’s usually not strapped in, but she settled in quickly. It was a little difficult to adjust the straps but once that’s done it’s easy to get off and on. I don’t use it for walking bc she could easy slip out of it, but it works well in the car and gives me peace of mind! Worth it!

I purchased this harness for my doodle. He is in between sizes on most other travel harnesses, but this harness fits him perfectly. It is easy to adjust to the proper size and easy to install in the car. We haven’t used it for walking because I prefer to hook his lead to his collar But given the good fit, I believe it would work just fine. The material is sturdy. My only complaint is that this harness is not approved by the Center for Pet safety, which is why I did not give this a five star rating. We also own and use regularly the sleepy pod harness which is approved by the center for pet safety. This harness works similarly to that one and I believe it would protect my dog in the event of a crash. It keeps him seated or lying down while we are traveling and on the seat in the event of sudden stops.

I didn’t appreciate that it was already fraying when it arrived. This makes me suspicious of its durability. I feel like the front vest area could be softer and flexible rather than like a board. It is really easy to buckle the dog in, but it was a pain in the butt to get it adjusted to fit him. I have a sleepypod clickit utility for my other dog and has gotten this dog one as well, but it unfortunately did not fit his body correctly. I’m hoping this is worth the money.

I can travel at peace knowing my boy is safe! It firs him perfectly (he is 96 pounds) and he falls asleep with it on no problem. It's easy to put on and take off. I purchased 2 seatbelt clips and 1 that attaches to the latch bar like a carseat. I clip one of each seatbelt clip to each loop on the harness and I link the latch bar attachment to both hooks. I dont think you need all three but since he's a big dog, I wanted to be safe.
