   I'm pretty hard on my choppers and have slapped my way through several over the years, so I'm always a bit hesitant about buying a new one. Will it stand up to my vigorous chopping? Will it break mid-slap? I ordered this based on the reviews and the notes about great customer service (always valued in this day and age). I've used it several times and find it to be well-made and durable. It's still new, so only time will tell if it will last the race, but I have high hopes for it.

   I’m like to cook but am pretty pokey and kind of clumsy. This really speeds things up and I’m not afraid of chopping a finger off! It doesn’t work well for all vegetables- like carrots, but works great for things like onions, garlic, ginger, peppers, etc. It doesn’t bother me for most of my uses but if you’re particular about that or need to chop something for garnishment or presentation, you’d be better off hand chopping. It’s easier to clean than I thought does well on the top rack of the dishwasher.

   The chopper is well built and cuts nuts, parsley, chives in a nice way. There are detailed instructions as to disassembly and assembly. The unit is somewhat large as compared to a compact chopper I had previously. I like this tool as it chops cleanly the veggies/nuts/etc. that I want to chop. With this unit I don't have to haul out a bigger electric chopper/food processor. It meets my needs and is a quality product!
