I will never get a non-mechanical keyboard, again. And, I am sure that's where a lot of the price comes from, actually. But, even beyond that, it is just such a high quality piece of work. (Why do we buy cheap stuff for things we will literally use all day every day??)Originally, I imagined this thing was probably way overpriced but didn't care. It fits is really well with my decor which is not fancy at all with a lot of old things. The kids all love the keyboard also. It is kind of cool to them. If there was one thing I would change it would be the way the lights work. Wish they were more in the keys than behind them. I don't use them much so it isn't that big of a deal. I was a bit disappointed that the key combo to "Adjust for Light Speed" doesn't actually put you in Light Speed. No points off as this was just my misunderstanding. It has a satisfying "clack" sound, and feel as well like you actually hit a button. Very satisfying. It is very bright, which makes me feel safe while I am writing my Horror fan fiction at night. All in all I am quite happy with it.

(it is not made for a quiet office setting) I find the keys' have a nice light feel and normal travel.This keyboard is very well built. It appears it will last a long time. Although I didn't really buy it for the lighting on the keyboard, playing around with the various light settings is kinda cool. Ordered a week before Christmas, and it arrived a few days after, so I was very please with the quick turnaround, especially around that time of year.
