   This lamp was alot larger than expected. I was planning on sitting it on the ledge of a desk but wound up having to put it on the dresser because of it's size and weight which wasn't a bad thing. The finish is nice and it's just a cool looking light. I tried many bulbs but settled on a small lowest watt bulb and it was still bright. The Edison bulbs were cool but too bright for my needs.
