The day before it came, I was on my hands and knees weeding for over an hour with very very little progress. It was frustrating and I knew I wasn’t getting the weeds out deep enough (the ones in my yard have particularly deep, thick roots. So far it has worked great on our weeds. It does pull up dirt with the weed so I let it dry out then shake off the dirt. I think it is going to save my back. I have used it to pull up Dallas grass, blue grass and nut grass and worked great. The cockleburr grass it doesn’t work as well because it is more of a vine weed. It would pull it loose then I had to pull it out. It seems sturdy enough to work in my clay soil. I have only used it though after a rain so I don’t know if it will work when they clay soil becomes like rock in August. Pleased with it so far
