   Works as intended. But do keep in mind that it's meant for a door that swings pretty close to the floor. I used mine outdoors for patio doors and with the slope, there was a pretty big difference between door height and floor. I compensated by adding washers and some rubber material that I cut out and layered up. You might need longer screws to anchor if you do this. It would be hard to compensate for much more than an inch gap. If another stopper works for you and you have 1/2 in gap or more, I might recommend going with something else.

   Does the job - the magnet is fairly powerful, holds my outside patio door open even in a stiff breeze. It's fairly straightforward to install - you pretty much get what you see in the picture as far as sizes and height of the magnet go. (And a shim or two underneath is fairly standard and not hard to do if your door-to-floor height is excessive!)

   This is a very well made door stop, but make sure you measure twice and consider *exactly* how much clearance you have beneath your door before ordering. While this successfully works as a stopper in several locations in our house, the magnetic surfaces of stopper and door-side component only have enough overlap to actually hold one of our doors open with much staying power.

   I bought this because I have a dog and my old door stopper was like a bump, so when I vacuum I couldn't go over it and I am too lazy to use the handheld attachment. So having something flat on the floor is PERFECT. I can sweep or vacuum right over it. Also I don't have to have anything sticking out on my wall. I love the chrome finish, it matches with my bathroom fixtures. We did have an issue with install because we wanted to screw it into previous holes and the magnet on the door did not line up with the holes on the floor. We ended up cutting the magnet to make it fit and move it over so it lines up with our existing holes. It still works perfectly. If you were installing fresh, you would not have any issue. This is a great product.
