A few hours later I was really worried about how bad my ends looked, so I tried it again to see if my hair being dry would help (if not I was planning to just trim the ugly parts off and not use it again), and sure enough that did it. My ends are great now, very smooth and shiny. Good product but definently don't touch wet or damp hair with it!
