This is great for trimming dead ends while keeping the length. I only trust my sister to cut my hair, but this is a game changer and so easy to use on myself. After running this a few times through a section of hair, the ends are so much softer. It takes 15-30 minutes from start to finish, depending on how thick your hair is. If you have straight to gently curly hair and can brush through it dry, I highly recommend this. This is the second best big Amazon purchase I’ve made, behind my laser hair removal gun.

And the only way to get rid of the damage was cut off 4 or more inches. Finally i was able to keep my length!
This thing works amazingly.
I used a hair mask and 8 second miracle water before blow drying my hair. And then i used tje trimmer. It was a massive difference. If this one breaks i will buy the pro version as it does work.

I love this! I’ve been so hesitant on buying one and now I’m mad at myself that I didn’t use it before! I’ve read previous reviews about it stopping working but I just didn’t use their batteries. Also I took 1 battery out when I was done cause I noticed that if you accidentally hit the button it’ll just start. I’m guessing that’s why they stopped working for other people cause they didn’t realize it was on and it burnt out. Easy fix is to take one battery out so it won’t turn on by accident.

I’d get better batteries for it in the future because the ones it came with look really cheap (which is probably why it stopped working for people) and if the green arrow isn’t on it won’t work and it turns itself off when you let it sit on the counter while you section your hair so just make sure you’re using it properly! Overall, if you follow the instructions (and I can’t emphasize that enough) this product is freaking AWESOME 😎

I use the comb end to make sure there are no tangles and then glide the razor side along the fur. As long as the angle is correct, the razor removes hair. Because there is only about 2 inches of cutting surface, it takes many passes to trim a big dog like my Poodle/Bernese Mountain Dog mix. I haven't used it on her whole coat yet, but the areas where I have look professional.
