I must say that I have a little difficulty on the beginning to put it into work. The body was a little loose so I had to twist it about 6 times during the whole process.

   I must say this product works. I must insists that you read & follow the instructions. I use a small section of my hair and I pass the split ender 3 times and no more. I didn't pull my hair. The key is small section of detangled hair and stop each time to clean the chamber. I must also insist that when you finish use this tool, leave no batteries in the battery chamber and clean out the the chamber and make sure no hair get into the engine of the split end. I will post other updates in the near future.

   seriously the most amazing purchase! it doesn’t get ALL your split ends, but it sure does get a million times more than a trim at the hair salon would get!! the only reason i gave 4 stars for the easy to use was because sometimes if you clamp down too hard, it will shut off and you have to press one of the directional arrows on again (took me awhile to figure out why it kept shutting off, thought it was the batteries but new ones didn’t fix it) i do all my girlfriend’s hair and they are blessed for me haha

   Was a little septic on buying this because I do take a lot of pride in my hair but also don’t like to spend a lot of money on things but 10/10 on this product. I have A LOT of splits ends and in the first try it took care of 90% of them. It’s pretty easy to use one you get a hang of it not really much different then striating it. Did take out a few strand of hair but way less than I expected my hair bush takes more out.
