   My small, shallow bird bath is 18” across by 1.5” deep. Spray attachments and wind sent all the spray over and out of my fountain after an hour in mild wind conditions! I put the pump into a deep bowel, in my bird bath, without adding any attachments and it’s working great! I love solar toys!

   The best feature of this fountain is the water pressure.
   Water easily goes 8"to 12" (depending on the nozzle used).
   The package comes with 6 different heads/ different spray patterns.
   The motor does have an auto shut-off once the water level is too low (need at least an inch of water).
   Right when the sun hits the panel it instantly turns on.
   Another great feature is the battery, which lasts several hours without sunlight.
   This product also comes with a 1-year warranty.
   Note, you will need to disassemble the motor and clean from time-to-time for optimal performance.
   The only small issue I have are the weak suction cups.
   Maybe it was my surface used, but the suction never lasted long and caused the fountain to tilt and spray water out of the bowl. Luckily the fountain floats level and works perfectly.

   This little gadget worked immediately- as soon as it hit the water. It looks so pretty in our birdbath. It is EXACTLY what I was looking for. One note: you MUST have enough water in the bird bath for it to continue working. If your bird bath is too shallow, it will not function. Also, if your birdbath is too narrow, the wind will eventually blow enough of the water spray out, the water level will lower, and it will stop working. If it does stop working, just add water and it starts right back. I plan to purchase an additional fountain pump for another bird bath in my yard. I love it!

   This is a great little fountain but I wouldn't recommend this in a bird bath because it drains the water so fast, either by floating around and any wind blowing the water over the edge or by evaporation. You would need a constant water flow in a bird bath. This definitely would work great in a pool where there's a larger body of water. I gave this to my neighbor.
