   This thing is great! Easy to cook, good heat distribution, it stays put and doesn't move around like some other grills I've used. Cleaning is really easy. While cooking I keep the heat on medium to low and it's good enough to get a nice sear. I hope the non-stick surface holds up and will hopefully update this in the future.

   This does exactly what it says it does. We gave up our big grill because we rarely use it. There are only two of us and we mostly eat vegetables, but there have been times when we wanted to grill something. I love the taste of the food I cook on it. I think we might also use it on our camp stove when we are outdoors. It may take a little longer to cook than a really hot grill, but other than that it is a perfect replacement.

   I wasn't sure how well they would work after reading the instructions but I was pleasantly surprised and in a positive way. I have a gas stove so they heat up really fast. I let the pork chops cook on one side until I could flip them without them sticking. Thanks for a great product. I think I'll buy more and give them as Christmas gifts when Christmas comes around.
