The concept is easy, as per instruction, put it in the freezer overnight, and you pour the ingredients in and use the tools supplied.The tools are made of plastic so doesn't work as well as the ones you see in the shops,street vendors. However, it still works well. I would say you will need a lot of practice to get your ice cream looks like the ones from the shops!Mine still doesn't look good enough yet. You can use it as a plate for salad and sashimi when serving too, but I use it mainly to make ice cream rolls.It is so much fun and definitely great to play with kids.

Great bonding time with kids especially. Just one advice, don’t pour too much into the pan all at once and make sure to spread it out.
