As long as you get that lump in the right spot this will start killing the pain after about 10 minutes. Not quite sure why but there's extra material sticking out on these that are irritating after 5 hours. I'll probably try trimming it off but for the price I recommend anyone with that mysterious lower back pain from undiagnosed sciatica to try this. If your pain is extreme, it won't take it away 100% but at least 90 and let you relax and be able to do physical activities without any pain increase. I'm a truck driver so I constantly have sciatic pain.

I ended up getting a double order, and paying for it, and glad I did. The first one I used the little strap at the top and bottom came loose from the material. The threads broke. I gave it to my wife to sew back together, still waiting, so I just used the second one I got in the order. This does work, it is marked L or R for either leg. I put it on and wear it all day from morning till night. I don’t notice the pain while I am wearing it but the pain is back in the morning. This thing works. I don’t know how. I’m just thankful it does. I like to be active and when I wear this brace, I am able to walk with very little to no nerve pain.
