   I was skeptical but it works. I have sciatica on my left side and was at the point where I could not get out of bed, I would find a position where I had the least pain and stay there. I put this on and after some trail and error on where to position the hard point, the pain was almost totally gone.

   Personally, I wouldn't call this a knee brace. But since I don't really need this for extra support for my knee joints, it works well for me. I've worn other devices that put pressure on the major tendon below the knee to help the tendon move with less friction, but this device targets the major nerve that runs down the leg. It's relatively okay
