   I love this product. I have chronic knee problems and more recently chronic lower back pain. Over the knee braces hurt my knees more. I add a knee band ones brace and it keeps my arthritic knees stable and helps with the sciatica. And it's not bulky! I'm able to get around because of this product.

   I was skeptical about this wrap as I have been experiencing extreme sciatic pain down my right leg. I was very surprised that after putting on the wrap, I did feel relief immediately, not completely but I would say a 60% decrease in the pain. I learned that you can't leave it on for extended periods in the beginning until you get comfortable with it and even got to the point where I could sleep with it on. I would recommend this product for pain relief as long as it's worn correctly and snug enough on the pressure point in the calf.

I do have to wear it for a few hours daily, but hay it's so worth it for me. Better than 7/24 in pain. If you have knee pain though it will not work. I had to get a knee pad for that too. But still very happy. I do not want surgery.
