I really love this noxgear illuminated harness! We live on a gorgeous estate with very little traffic on our drive. My dog loves to spend time by himself outside, playing with his toys, chewing on sticks, etc. But even with just an occasional vehicle on the driveway, I'm always worried that people won't see him when he's playing outside. Now the little guy puts on his "backpack" every time he wants to go outside, and I can let him play without having to worry about him not being seen. The neighbors laugh at the flash running through the dark, but we all know where Arlo is no matter the time of day.

The XL is nothing like the size chart, the material idpoorly stitched and edges are sharp and would cause sores. One of the straps connecting two rings is twisted which cannot be undone unless you unstitch it. Guess returning is a non starter as well - very dissapointed

Also, the strips that light up than run down his body, along the sides of the harness, make him visible from all sides. The reflective strips are also very bright and visible when hit by lights. My dog doesn’t have an issue wearing the harness, he doesn’t seem to even notice he has it on. I still use his collar to attach his leash.

Even more importantly, the vest throws a lot of light and can easily be seen. We have a black lab service dog which we take to Disney at night and this has made a world of difference! Not only do people no longer trip over him, but they see him coming and are more likely to let us pass. The positive comments about the vest follow him everywhere. We have seen other people with service dogs and they always ask us about this. The vest might seem a little pricey, but it is totally worth it!

It’s great at night & when he’s off leash because I can see where he’s exploring. It’s also hilarious to watch him bound across the field. I’ll use it during the day sometimes with the lights off bc it has neon patches and reflective strips. He’s a darker colored dog & I’d rather he was more visible even during the day. I don’t attach the leash to his harness though so I can’t review how that holds up. He’s got a thick neck so I prefer leashing to his collar which has a strong ring clip on it for tags. I love that it’s adjustable because he has a really big chest.
