I didn’t even wait for the ice to freeze all the way because I had to try it out as soon as I got it I love it, the only thing I would say, is try not to fill it too much because it would all not go down all the way unless you tie it down which I’ve seen pictures of people doing that. But I have no complaints. I absolutely love my cup. I plan on buying more! :)

While there is a small learning curve. I know exactly how much water it needs (200 ml), pour the water in, place the plastic insert in and push it in all the way down, displacing the water to the sides… the water will fill-in to all the right spots. Then place the lid on top and once I got the right size rubber bands (size #105). It’s easy to keep the lid on so it doesn’t rise up while it’s freezing. I just tell Alexa to start a 4-hour ice timer and in about 4 hours, I have ice. I also have a second one started when I empty the first one. It’s as easy as 1-2-3!
