   Love this product. so far I've used it when I have menstrual cramps. It works very well. It gets warm quickly, and the 3rd setting gets HOT. The vibration works well too and feels great. It's not an extremely strong vibration but it's strong enough that in combination with the heat, it significantly helps with relieving pain. The elastic band is a great feature, just a heads up though I am a size 28 waist and its snug on me on the biggest adjustment.

   This has to be the best thing that I have ever bought in my life! I was skeptical of the product and how warm it would actually get or how comfortable would actually be. I also didn't know if it would stay in place. However, the first time I used this I fell in love. I could do anything that I wanted including cooking, dishes, walking my dog, watching TV. Anything! It stays right in place. It's so comfortable. You almost forget it's there. It gets super warm and it's super comforting. Great for. Cramps! I don't think I will ever go without this product again and I will probably be giving these to my future daughters. By the way, I have endometriosis so my cramps get really bad and this made them reduce to practically nothing.

I have severe endometriosis, have had two laparoscopic surgeries and a hysterectomy, and I still have excruciating chronic pain daily. It’s managed with pain meds that I can’t take at work, so I decided to give this a try. It heats up really fast, I love that it can be worn under clothes at work, and even though it doesn’t take the pain away, it’s one more tool in my arsenal! I bet it would work great for normal menstrual pain/low back pain.
