I cannot believe I went through an entire day with terrible cramps and this product eased my pain ALL DAY at work. Yes, I wore it ALL DAY.    Whether it's that time or I'm having back issues, this heating pad hits me in all the right spots to help relieve any sort of discomfort I'm having. When it comes to menstrual pain, the heating pad on this hits perfectly and gives just the right amount of heat. I'm able to even have it on low, medium or high heat. On really bad days, the high heat really does make a difference. Not to mention, I don't have to worry about a heating pad falling off if I do have to lay down. The strap on this is not only stretchy but helps hold the heating pad in place. When it comes to my back, same concept, the belt holds it place and will allow me to either sit or move around and not have to be tied down to where an outlet is. There is even a vibration setting that does help give a massage. Again, there is a low, medium and high setting. Wish they came out with this a lot sooner. I ended up buying another one for my daughter and she loves it. Plus, I don't have to worry about her stealing mine.

   I was skeptical but so glad I got it. I stopped taking birth control and was originally on it because I had period cramps so bad I’d throw up. Well first real period off the pill and nausea and cramps are awful. I put this on the lowest heat settings and even had to put it on the outside of my shorts, it works so well! They even sent me two chargers for it. This has been a game changer just with in the last 10 minutes. I highly recommend

This heating pad straps around my stomach , yet isn’t to overly bulky to be very noticeable. i can adjust the heat levels just with the push of a button. The heat stays going by battery power and lasts quite a while before needing a recharge.The warmth really helps keep me moving and feeling better relieving the cramp pain.It’s comfortable with a soft padding and works great for my stomach cramps.

It gets super hot, hotter than my plug in heating pads which works really well. My only complaints are that I wish it stayed on for longer before it automatically turns off, and the adjustable strap to hold it around your waist is VERY small. While it works for me when it is completely loosened, it may not work for our gorgeous plus sized ladies out there. Overall completely worth the purchase.

   I would definitely recommend this heating pad. I have endometriosis and heat is one of the only things that remotely helps. I feel comfortable enough wearing this heating pad out under my clothes. It’s smaller then I thought but that’s a good thing. The pressure alone of wearing it is great. The heat settings arnt too hot or not hot enough. It heats up instantly which is also great. The vibration actually helps too. Something I’ve never really tried before. All in all I’m a happy customer. I would buy again and recommend to anyone who has endometriosis or even just bad cramps.
