I have Fibromyalgia and this seems to do awesome with getting my brain to rewire the pain. Super pumped about the possibilities. Not sure about the neck pillow yet. I have a bit of desensitization because of having pain everywhere, so if others say this hurts I'd believe them, but IMO it's just pokey- like its meant to be lol. If you didn't expect that and docked stars for pain, I don't think that's fair. The point is to make your body 'think', so it's excellent for meditation and mindfulness!! Love this after some yoga, and can lay it on my bed if I feel like it. Very lovely product.
