First let me say I test this bad boy out and I had to put it back down lol. I just had my baby 5 months ago so this body of mine is a little off. The first set I did was a struggle but I could feel the stretch in my inner thighs and under my arms. Don’t get me wrong I loved it but I have to do baby steps lol. Also I love that I can use it while I’m keeping a eye on my son. I definitely will tell the women I know to get it because it’s beneficial in every way.

On the other hand, the squat bar with the adjustment straps is a godsend when used on my bowflex exceed. I got a gym quality squat workout. Because the straps are so versatile, you can adjust them to put the bar into perfect position for: squat, bench, rows, military press. Great value compared to buying just the straps from bowflex. I can still throw this into my suitcase and travel with it as well.

This is a great standalone set or addition to bands with handles for those doing calisthenic/outdoor/at home exercise. Particularly in this day and age when it may be less safe to go to the gym, I find this a good addition to my existing equipment. You can do curls, shoulder presses and tricep pressdowns. If you are trained, the resistance will not be enough for squats or rows, but its still worthwhile as with most elastic band sets you only get to do single joint movements. This allows an array of multiple joint movements. Quality is very high as well.
