I tried other methods to remove the unsightly rings without any success. All you need to do is test to make sure your toilet bowl will not be scratched by the pumice stone. Then soak the pumice stone and do some scrubbing. I was very impressed. It is nice to have clean toilet bowls again.

I could not get them to come off, even with the use of drill brushes and mild abrasives. However, these pumice stone cleaners did the job. It is a bit tedious but the pumice is soft enough to not scratch the porcelain while also hard enough to remove the hard water stains. It reminded me of cleaning the pool tiles as a kid. The result was a sparkling toilet bowl finally!
