We got these mainly to protect her eyelid where/after she had a minor surgery. Since it is a wound basically and the skin is new/raw. So it doesn't sunburn or get debris/sand irritating it. These seem to be comfy enough for her that she doesn't try and pull them off. She shakes her head occasionally, but they just go up above her eyes and don't fall off. So we just put them back in place. I think she's actually digging them!

These are great goggles for your furry friends always on the go. Before I wouldn’t let them stick their head out while we were moving as there is a lot of road gravel in my area. She is still getting use to them, but with some small treats, she is keeping them on pretty much most of the time. They are built well, the straps are easy to adjust, and a couple of the dog parks we go to have no shade, so it also protects her from high intensity glare. I do take them off of her when we are at most dog parks with trees, etc.
