I've tried many different ear plugs for sleeping, but most feel either bulky for side sleeping, or are annoying to put in and take out, or cause my own breathing to bother me. These are perfect for me. They are very comfortable for side sleeping because they are small, soft, and lay flat. They're are easy to quickly pull out and put back if I need to momentarily listen to something.

I suffer from misophonia and everyday is mentally taxing when I hear certain sounds that send a fight or flight reaction to my brain. They cause me incredibly bad anxiety that makes my day harder.
