How To Use:

Fill the irrigation bottle with one part 3% hydrogen peroxide and four parts very warm water. Or simply fill with warm water only.
Attach one of the washing tips onto the luer lock fitting. The fitting is on the end of the ear washing hose next to the transparent shield.
While seated, insert the tip into the ear and slowly and gently begin to pump.

Warning 1: Never use the product during an ear infection, have a hole in the eardrum, see bloody discharge or have an ear injury. Seek medical advice if unsure. Stop use if pain is experienced.

Warning 2: Never use cold water. Cold water may cause dizziness and imbalance. Use warm water only and remain seated during use. Never insert tip too far as it may perforate the eardrum.

The pressure is high enough to get out the ear wax but for persistent cases you might need to put some oil or a dedicated solvent in the ear before washing it out. It really helps for hearing good again.

NHS don't offer ear syringing anymore you have to pay privately for it, but if you buy this kit you can do it yourself at home and it works perfectly exactly like having it done at the doctors! its a revelation fixed my ears immediately. Use oil drops for a few days before hand then i used this just with warm water and immediate fix to the problem, also its great as you can then do it on a regular basis yourself to keep on top of it without the need to pay or wait weeks for appointments.
