How To Use

Clean up the area where the strip is to be installed. Make sure it’s dry and that no dirt or oil on the surface. Wipe the edge of the wheel hub with alcohol and let it dry. Once the surface is ready, check where to place the strip and to estimate the length you need. Press the strip firmly once it is ready to be installed. Carefully remove the protective paper at the back of the strip.

Reminders: Let it dry up for at least 3 hours. Do not wash your wheels using high-pressure cleaners. Avoid fast driving within 24 hours upon installation. Try not to drive for 24 hours after installation, if possible.

I purchased two packages of this tubing already. I wanted to add a little extra flair to my Dart, and this was one of the cheaper trim pieces I found. It's a plastic tubing with a slight rubber like feel. It fits into wherever there is some spacing between consoles, plastic, seats, whatever. It's a softer material, so you can trim easily with scissors or an xacto knife. So far where I have it in my car it pops out slightly when I close the door, but just a quick press back into the molding it fixes it.

I just laugh when I think how awesome this stuff is! I took a complete shot in the dark on it, hoping I could make it work to trim out my interior. I have a 91 integra, and I just finished restoring the inside. This little trim is perfect to make a more completed look. If you are able to wedge the trim between two pieces, that is ideal. But I was able to get it in a seam that does not come apart, using a stripe of super glue to hold it in place. The results are just amazing, and only took me about an hour. I did not measure the piece of trim, but it is very long. maybe 10 ft? It is super flexible, allowing you to make multiple turns without damaging the trim. Take note that I thought I was getting grey trim, and it is actually CHROME. This was a great surprise! I think it looks really really good and cant wait to show my friends from the car club

Very happy with this stuff! A great non-permanent way to keep dirt out of crevices while adding a pop of color. I used this in the doors, the dash and the steering wheel of my 2018 Prius C, it matches the gear shift and the blue in the emblems perfectly. Everything in the video was done with one roll and I was left with about 2 more feet, Iâ€™ll be buying another roll to do the rear doors. There were one or two spots where the trim wouldnâ€™t insert, so I marked them, pulled it out and cut down the â€œrootâ€ to half itâ€™s depth so it would still slide in but wouldnâ€™t need to go down as far. Worked perfectly. The edges arenâ€™t always perfect, it is still plastic, but the color is very uniform, itâ€™s flexible enough to maneuver along the interior seams, and itâ€™s stylish. Highly recommend.

Some areas on the ends I needed two sided tape adhesive to Secure it in place. You may need to have it put in the car. Use a sun shield to prevent fading. This stuff is awesome! I'm trying to add some color to my all black interior on my car, and this trim molding stuff is exactly what I wanted. Subtle color that stands out but doesn't scream in your face. The molding is pretty simple to install, but if the areas to which you're trying to apply the molding have tight crevices, you will have to do a little work. I was able to get this around my radio face without much hassle, but unfortunately, I just couldn't apply this to any other section of my car. The panels were just too small for the molding to fit. This is of no fault of the product.

My only complaint is that the plastic tends to stick out a bit far, so you catch your hand on it in places. But, really, that's minor. This is definitely a cheap mod as far as spend goes, but actually really looks nice. My only tip is that 'less is more'. Don't fill every gap and seam with this stuff in your ride. I love the variety of colors. I popped out my arm rests to secure one end and then (as suggested here) used a tiny dab of clear silicon to hold the other end in. If you can pop out a panel on one end to secure it, you'll have a much better result.
