   Lux gate that goes with our decor. If you're a picky person like me that loves form function and beauty together this is the gate for you. We were tired of only finding ugly looking babygates that make your whole house look hideous. This one is made right, trust me I'm an engineer! Ha! The materials are better than most gates we've used, the locking mechanism is hard for kids to figure out. I'll post another review or update this in a month after more extensive testing.

   My most favorite thing about the baby gate is the spare mounting brackets so that we can relocate from the living room to our deck so easy. Once you figure out the hole placement it only takes minutes to install. I really like that it’s a see-through mesh barrier. This is a great alternative to clunky wooden baby gates and metal gates.

   I bought this to keep the dogs out of the garage when we’re outside working with the garage door up. It installed super quick and easy. The mount pieces are build from heavy plastic and are very sturdy. It easily rolls in and out with no problems. I’ve got 3 dogs, one of every size. My small dog is able to see us through the mesh gate, which is great. My medium dog can peek over the top. She can even stand up on the mesh. The mesh is strong enough to hold her up with no problems. My Labrador puppy tries to get his feet up to stand, but we’re teaching him to sit instead. When he does Boyce up and down on the top of the mesh, it holds him up without sagging the mesh. I’m very impressed with this gate!! Love how easily it went up and how sturdy it is!!

   Of all the gates this is the best one. I love how it is retractable and it looks good whether it’s open or close. It is also very easy for people who do not know how to use a baby gate to close. You are able to close it with one hand. Just you have to make sure you twist the knob to lock it. The white matches white wall perfectly. And it is heavy duty and strong enough that my baby can lean against it and it will not open or band. Installation was easy. It also comes with additional hardware so you can place the same gate in different doorways which doubles the value.
