It fits standard soda can perfectly, keeps the drink freezing cold. Not only the drink doesn't get warmer and warmer, it's being cooled down gradually over time.
I also tried to cool down a bottle of water from room temperature, and it took an hour or so, but anyways this is not the intended use case for this product.
The only complaint is the fan isn't that quiet, similar to a laptop's fan working at 1/2 speed, or 3/4 speed. So I put it on a surface under the table surface, to block the noise. That's pretty much the reason I deducted 1 star in the rating.
Overall build quality is very good, and surprisingly the power switch is not mechanical, kind of capacitive sensor, a gentle touch will turn it on/off.

This really does keep my water bottles cold on my desk. However, after a week or two it started developing a rattle when it is turned on. After a minute if I hit the top of the machine a few times it will stop. I have taken it apart and the fan is actually quite quiet. As I put it back together the rattle only happens when I screw the plastic outer shell back to the inside assembly. I am at a loss to figure out what is causing the problem.

I love this product! I like my monster energy drinks cold. But I only drink 1 throughout the whole day so it slowly gets warm. Not anymore! I just add as much water as I can without overflowing the aluminum cup. The fan is quiet only exhaust is only warm. I cannot have your temperature gauge but the peltier plate gets very cold. If you add a little water to the surface ice will form. I take my monster energy drink out of the fridge in the morning and then directly place it in this machine and it stays as cold as my fridge. All day for as long as I want!
TLDR: great machine to KEEP your drinks cold. It's takes a while to go from took temp to cold. ALWAYS use the provided aluminum cup. I recommend this product
