   I cannot say enough great things about this little machine. A full reservoir of water lasts about 3 hours in dry conditions. The tank is super easy to fill. It is cute and modern and small and innocuous. The fan is quiet and practically nonexistent compared to my air purifier. The highest setting makes quite a breeze, and the lowest is perfect to just humidify the air. It pumps out way more moisture than my cool mist humidifier. I LOVE not waking up with dry eyes.

   I was skeptical about buying this, but thought I would give it a try. I am single and my home is 1500 sq ft, so I don't see a need to turn the A/C to a comfortable level, to cool the whole house. So I keep my A/C relatively high (82) and I set this device about 3-4 feet away from me on desk, bedside or on the table by chair and it works to keep me cool. I use cold water from my ice dispenser and it really feels comfortable! It's lightweight, so it's easy to move from location to location. HOT FLASH HEAVEN: Ladies, if you are suffering hot flashes like I am, this is a life saver! I fill it with chilled water from my fridge dispenser and when that hot flash strikes, I push the button and it's like instant relief!

   Love this Portable Ac Air. Cools you quickly just like an air conditioner with less fuss. Its lightweight design and small footprint makes it easy to move it from room to room. A great big water/ice reservoir gives you all the humidity you need to cool down. I just use it with my freezer ice. The unit is much lighter and less expensive than a portable air conditioner of comparable design. It uses much less electricity too.

   I've used the Arctic Air before and never had it work as well as this one. It is always HOT in my office as it is a 2 story building with many offices and a basement level as well. It cools down my office in less than 10 mins. It does have to have the water container filled frequently, depending on what setting you use. It has 4 levels and I have only used 2 and sometimes 3. The water container does need to be filled frequently. Use the coldest water possible. I'm impressed with how well this works.

This results in a low cost method to cool the air without requiring a vent out a window. Because it uses water, you need to be in a low humidity region for it to work, ideally 40% or less. Yes, it is lightweight, but it works a lot better than I ever expected. I live in a small space in a place with less than 30% humidity and high temperatures. At this moment, I have it sitting 5 ft away on medium speed and I’m chilled. I was skeptical at first but not only am I very happy with my purchase, I highly recommend it to anyone with a small bedroom or office space.    I live in where the climate is typically dry and hot. We typically run the AC throughout the summer. Unfortunately, I suffers dry eye syndrome, and running the AC all day/night significantly worsens my dry eyes. An evaporative cooler unit, such as this one, is very beneficial as it both cools and humidifies the air. This unit is rather intuitive to operate out of the box. I tested this unit in my office, which is approximately 250 sqft, the recommended coverage area of this unit. It generates a slight humming noise when running at high speed but I do not mind it much. The room is noticeably cooler after 15 minutes and my dry eyes actually feel well after extended reading. Overall, I would definitely recommend this unit as it is easy to use and works as well as advertised.

   We bought two of these units for our game room since our new PCs tend to run a little warm because of the graphics cards, etc. These little space coolers are very nice and work well when the room can get a little stuffy. When the filter gets dry it has a strange smell, but that goes away as soon as more filtered water is added to the unit. I am happy with our purchase but just remember these things are not ice cold air conditioners. They keep you cool though. I really like it.
