He chases rabbit trails for miles in any direction and it usually takes an hour or more before he tires out and he lets us catch him. Today, with this tracker, we had him back in the house in 6 minutes! We turned on the sound when we got close according to the map, and he slowed down and got in the car when directed. Amazing! Only downside so far (we've had it for 5 days) was that later on it showed that he had left the virtual fence and been around the neighbors house, when I knew he was inside and we were away. A bit annoying, but still better than chasing my runner all over creation for several hours! Great product!

So the virtual fences are great.It also has a sound that you can turn on from your phone but it works better inside that out side.It also has a light that you can turn on from your phone which is very helpful when I am looking for him in the dark. You can see where your cat has been all day and where they spent the most time at. Very good collar worth the money!

Very good tracker for the price... sometimes a bit of a delay with leaving their virtual fence, but that's because I use the battery saver. If you turn that off, you have to charge the battery more often, but you get faster notifications.
Overall, I'm very pleased and will continue to use them for my furbabies! You can't put a value on peace of mind!

The Tractive collar allows you to set boarders that are specific to your land. We get alerted as soon as she leaves and live tracking allows you to pinpoint specifically where the dog is. On one occasion she chased a rabbit into our country neighbors yard, I called and asked if he could grab him - she was literally at his back door.

We live in the mountains of Colorado and have a large amount of land. I have never had an issue with being able to get service. I set up the virtual fence to cover about 10 acres of our land. The moment our dog steps outside that area I get notified. I go out and yell her name and can see her turn around on the live track and watch her come back. Also it would be nice if there was a way to give the dog feedback when they leave the virtual fence. Ie vibrates or plays a sound.
Overall this is exactly what we were looking for.

After searching her for hours (the worst case was 20hrs!) several times, I decided to put this tracker on her. Yesterday she took off again. Without this tracker, I didn't know where to start. I waited every 5min update and kept getting close to her. She was about 10miles away when I finally got close enough for her to hear my voice (screaming). She came out from the woods, dirty and tired. (Yes, I cried.) I have two more dogs that take off with my Husky often (my Husky is a trouble maker.) I will buy this product for each of them. And I do recommend this product if you have a dog with "free sprit" like mine.
