I was using regular pillows that were too big or too soft, usually ending up on the floor and being uncomfortable constantly shifting. Last night was my 4th night using this pillow. I am pleased with the amount of pain relief and pleased with this purchase. My issue is left knee and right hip. This provided relief on both pressure points and improved my quality of sleep by 75%. I can deal with the other 25% if it means staving off surgery. Less sore and stiff upon awaking.

I finally decided to purchase a pillow to alleviate this pain at night. I am a side sleeper and this pillow was the perfect choice for me. It is small enough to allow me to turn from side to side without getting all caught up and tangled in my sheets. Yet it is large enough to cradle my legs comfortably. The shape is perfect. Wider at the top for the thighs and narrower at the bottom for the knees. The firmness provides just the right support. As a plus, when the pillow arrived it did not have that nasty petroleum smell that most foam like pillows have. I washed the pillow case before using but I could have just used it right out of the box. I definitely recommend this pillow to help alleviate lower back pain at night.
