This Contour knee pillow seems to work better and since it is smaller, it is much more manageable for when he rolls over. He says the pillow keeps his spine in better alignment and when he wakes up in the morning, his pain is less than usual. He has compressed discs and is in pain most of the day, every day.

The size is perfect and the contour just as it should be. He has been able to sleep with little to no discomfort since using this. The contour molds well to his legs so that they don't shift off during the night, and he can turn over while holding it between his knees without having to reposition it. He also likes to read in bed, and he uses this to hold the bed linens off of his toes when lying on his back. He loves this little pillow and highly recommends it. I had knee replacement surgery several years ago, and I probably could have used this during recovery as well.

I love this product so much I now have 3 of them. My back stays perfectly aligned all night so I no longer wake up in pain. Previously I used a pillow between my knees. Now I use that pillow between my ankles and the contour pillow between my knees. My only complaint is the nylon zipper doesn’t last after so many weekly washings and I haven’t found any place that sells just the cases.
