So now I wear the Medium during the day, so I can take them off when they get too tight. The Large are much better for sleeping in; they give compression without cutting off circulation. I haven't been using them for very long, maybe a week, but so far they're helping with the morning tightness and with the pain I've been having during the day from playing games on my phone. If anything changes, I'll update. Granted, I do not have clinically diagnosed arthritis, so please keep that in mind, but I was suffering from a lot of joint pain that my father related to similar issues he had early before his arthritis kicked in. They took some getting used to and I only wore them for about 30 min intervals when I did, but off-and-on wear really did wonders for me.
