Very bright cover, very “new”. That said, if you dare to make the covers in 3d like in the movie and retouch the pages to make them look old, dirty and stained, this book is a good basis for it.

If you’re looking for a prop Necronomicon however, this is perhaps not it. This is more of a fun novelty as a thin hardcover book and to be fair, it is boasted as a coloring book. Honestly, the artwork is so cool, you wish the artist had spent a bit more time on the illustrations, but there is plenty of room for you to fill in the rest. Exactly as advertised and the right price for those who would appreciate it.
