2. The crystal is tightly tied down with wires, onto the bottom lid.
3. The top & bottom lids screw on tightly.
4. Water did NOT spill from the top nor from the bottom.
5. About 4-5 ice cubes can fit into this glass bottles on top of the crystal.

Speaking of heat, you can use this bottle to store warm drinks such as tea or coffee, and with the addition of its neoprene sleeve, you can keep your drink warm or cold for longer. This bottle can hold up to 450ml of liquid, which is the standard size for all crystal water bottles.
These crystals are probably hundreds of thousands of years old and have been subject to water which is how they were developed in the first place.
If they dissolved and added themselves to the water that way, I could see something being transferred to us but they don't. They're just exposed to our drinking water. Hopefully something good comes out of the process.
I'm pretty sure nothing is leached from the crystal but nobody can say definitively that they don't do anything good for us so maybe they're good. That's what I'm going on.
Who knows, maybe the shape of the crystal intercepts intergalactic waves of energy that charge the crystal that in turn treats the water.
Whatever the case, it feels good to drink from my Amethyst Crystal water bottle so I enjoy the product in that respect.
