The only real thing I have against it is it was advertised as being 440 stainless and it is 304. (see included pic of the box) It is also a bit small to hook on a ledge or tree limb. It does work quite well in picking things up, with some practice. The para-cord is just cheap garbage, replace it with something decent like 770 para-cord. The rubber o rings are not needed at all since this has a small pin to hold the hook in place.
