I don't now, but I hope that is true. I have been using the roller to reduce hair loss for about 3 weeks. I feel a little itching after each application - this is a good sign. Then I apply minoxidine. It's not a long time to see major changes, but I literally feel something happening with my skin. If after the first application I expected a week before the next application, now after 1-2 days I feel that I can use the roller again, but do not rush - apply no more than 1-2 times a week and do not forget to sanitize and dry after use.
