I have double glazed windows so was concerned about the strength of the magnet before I bough it. When I arrived I gave it a test run in the balcony door. I sprayed windows and just used it without the cloth. In the first go, the outer side disconnected and fell. It didn’t work well for me. I was struggling. It wasn’t gliding well. Maybe I had the magnets too strong. So I decided to put in the cloths..... It was sooo much easier. You can’t go too fast and while the recommendation is to use an S shape I found it quite easy to manoeuvre in any shape. The width of the product is good so you have a comfortable grip, overall quite happy with the result and the ease of use. Works well so washing the windows take a whole lot of time.

I live on a main road in an upstairs flat and have bad vertigo, so even just leaning out the window with a cloth can make me so dizzy i have to come away from the window for fear of falling out.
