   With a little practice very easy to use, what a great product, works as expected and very robust, when the windows are very dirty you move the unit slowly at first and it works fine, wet the unit again then it slides freely and cleans the windows to a good standard, the squeegee clears all of the water leaving a clear view, I recomend this product

   I am in love with this. I got the strongest one (was pre-traumatised by the finger-snap reviews so was VERY careful when handling it, soaping one piece at the time instead of rubbing them together) and it worked well in my double-glaze windows. It took me a while to understand how to manoeuvre it (plus the fear after dropping it a couple of times) but once you get a hold of the correct position/movement, it is a great product. The trick is to be patient and keep trying: strongly recommend this (just attention to the correct size for the window).

   My outside windows havent been washed in some years, I have very thick double glazing so went for the strongest option available. It's not easy to get into the window corners with this tool and obviously it doesn't look as polished as when done from the outside by a window cleamer. But if you have inacessible windows this is a pretty quick and easy way of cleaning them, the squegee bit helps stop drips. Overall its not a bad solution for inacessible windows.

   Cheap and did a good job on my third floor windows. Used HG window cleaning fluid. I went for the highest strength model. Did around 20 window sections and it fell once, but the safety string saved it from falling and losing some magnetism. Gave the inside windows a once over after. Watch a couple of YouTube videos before starting and try not to get them stuck together. I did once. Had to use a couple of screwdrivers to pull it apart. I was pleasantly surprised how good it was and was considering an expensive bot to do the job. Not anymore

   You have to be careful when separated as the magnets are very strong do not allow them to come together with out the plastic spacer in place once I got the knack of using I found it quite easy to use it did drop off a couple of times but I found this was due to the lack of liquid on the glass causing friction over all I found this product of good quality and did a good job cleaning my upstairs windows
