We pin it to his pocket when he goes to school, when we are out and about on the weekends, and when we go out of town or on vacation. I was very skeptical when purchasing the Tracki. However I can say that I am very pleased with this product. It is incredibly easy to set up and activate. I am using this device as a theft prevention aid. The battery life lasts anywhere between 6-7 days. The only negative thing that this device has is the accuracy during a heavy storm. If the cloud cover is to thick, the device will ping the closest cell phone tower and not the actual device. But once the tracki has a clear view of the sky again all returns to normal. Customer service is great and super easy to work with. I would definitely go with this GPS.

However the Cherokee did fall off his collar with the little clip provided I lowered the pinging down to once a day and had several weeks to try to find it in the woods when I could not find it honestly I forgot about it for 3 months after realizing I was being charged a monthly fee. I called in to track me to cancel it they offered to send me a new one and recredit me all the time that I did not use extremely happy with customer service from Steven I was blown away at the offer I've never had such good customer service I expected to just cancel it instead I got a whole new unit with credit. Thanks Steven!

I have had had the Tracki for just over a year now and its been worth every penny. My first use was on a motorbike that we would leave at our vacation home in the mountains. It was great to know it not being messed with. After we moved we had some farm equipment that was in storage. Again from 1000 miles away we knew it was safe. Now I have 2 classic cars and when i take them out i just put the unit in the glove box. Should anything happen to one of them i'll be sure to get it back. the yearly cost is a little high but the hassle and cost to get a vehicle or bike replaces is thousands of times more expensive. They also have great tech support too.
